Remove tiny rotate icon

Hello!
Since one of the last updates my phone now has a small icon on the bottom right that shows up at various times. I've tried to research this but I can't find anything about it nor find anything in my settings.

I don't know how to get rid of it. It covers up stuff and I don't need it.

If any way you could tell me how to remove it I'd appreciate it. I've attached a screenshot.

You cant disable this unless you enable auto rotate as it's a pie thing.

I always have my rotation locked. Which is why this thing is so annoying.

It shows up whenever I turn my phone different directions despite the fact that my rotation is locked. And it completely blocks a part of my screen on the bottom that I need to access.

Yeah , unfortunately its baked into andriod pie.

I think that floating icon is more a Samsung thing. In other devices running Pie that icon is kind of hidden in the navigation bar.

Its not floating it shows on right lower corner only .

Yeah, I didn't mean that it can be moved around, just the name used for similar buttons after Google presented the material design.
