Remove WiFi Call Notification?

I'm on T-Mobile USA and I have this annoying notification about WiFi calling constantly on in the notifications bar. Does anyone know how to disable it(not WiFi calling but the constant notification)?

Long press the notification, then turn off the "allow notifications"

So I tried that and set "Preview in pop-ups" to off but its still there. All the app notifications for WfcService are turned off yet the damn notification wont go away
