removed apps and deleted users using all my data

Removed apps and deleted users is using all my data my new plan jus started ok. The 21st and it's on top of the list at 16.41gb. Idc why it's there i want it to stop it and get erased. PLEASE PLEASE someone help me.

Annoying and confusing but when you uninstall an app/s the data that's its used shows up under removed apps so just ignore it: its NOT using any data.
