removing apps from s2

I was wondering how to remove apps like the global clock, the music that's defaulted on it, they are the ones on the bevel.

if you just hold down on them in the circle of apps screen, you get a vibrate then they show the minus sign.

When you press on the minus, it gives you an uninstall screen

Cool! I didn't know that. I've had the watch 36 hours and I'm loving it so far.

when on the settings screen, a long press on the nike app does not give a minus to remove/uninstall it. it will put a minus on other things that can be removed, but I think this is one of those stock apps that can't be removed unless rooted. anyone else have any ideas?
