removing health steps on lock screen?

I've managed to hide the Health details in the notifications area but they show up still on the lock screen. Can they be removed? Thanks.

Hi! I have the same issue as you - I've had my health app indicator on my phone notification panel for at least two months now! I'm honestly not sure if there is a way to get rid of it, as it's synced to your specific device and so the app is always "ready" for your Bluetooth to turn on and sync messages and steps, etc. But maybe someone else who knows for sure will chime in and help you out!

I actually want my steps to appear but never found it in the menu. No "motion" or "steps" in search.

Thanks. Tried turning notifications for lock screen off and they were still there. App now deleted so that's solved that problem! I'll just use Google Fit

Google Fit is a great app, for sure! I've used it myself for about a year and a half.
