Reorder watch faces in gear app

Previously I was able to drag and drop faces in the gear app to reorder them. This no longer works. Not sure whether the app was updated or whether I can't because my list of faces seems full. Anyone know? (reorder on the watch itself works but is easier to do in the app). Thanks

I'm not able to rearrange them in the gear app. Haven't added any watch faces from the app store. Only ones on the device came pre-loaded.

A week ago I was able to hold a watch face icon down in the gear app, then drag it to a new spot. Worked great. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or something else changed to stop this behavior.
