Repeated failure to update Google Play system update

On June currently. Cannot proceed to update. Have restarted, wiped system cache, etc.
Has anyone else run into this?

This has also been reported on Pixels (although I haven't seen it yet on my 9 Pro XL). I would just give it some more time.
