Replace 13 Moto X with? Mogo G, Zenfone 2, Alcatel Idol3?

I lovemy Moto X. Smooth as silk on lollipop 5.1. Only have 16GB so I can't store alot of local music files, esp FLAC. Looking for at least 16 GB + micro SD card slot. 5-5.5" screen. $400 max, but prefer $200-300 range. Was leaning towards Alcatel but I don't know how responsive they are with updates. Moto is pretty good about getting updates out faster than others. Plus I love the Moto display. Maybe a 32 or 64GB 2014 Moto X on clearance this fall might be worth waiting for. Zenfone 2 seems like a deal but I have an Asus tablet with Zen UI and it's ok, but it's no pure android like Moto. It stutters on 5.0 with dual core Atom chip.
