Replace Bixby when using bluetooth

Anyone know how to set Google as the default when you activate the assistant through bluetooth? It defaults to Bixby but I do not see a way to change it.

If you open your phone's Settings, go to Apps, then tap on 'Choose default apps' you should see the option to set DIGITAL ASSISTANT APP defaults as well as setting up several options for it.

I should have added that it is already set as default but still defaults to Bixby when I try to access it via bluetooth.

Are you using any BT headphones that use a specific app, or does this happen with any BT device?
