Hi,
I just replaced my rear camera in an S9+. Upon booting everything was fine except I get no tower. I'm connect to my wife's Hotspot to post this. So WiFi is fine..

]SIM status says Network - No Connection, Mobile Network State - Disconnected. Service State - Radio Off.

I've had it back apart 3 times to confirm connections. All I can add is I heard a light crack when pressing the new camera adhesive against the board. I used a magnifying glass. No cracks it looks fine. Just throwing it out there incase this is a common issue.

Any advice would be great. I'm an E/E. But can't find a thing posted about where the radio is on the board.

I'm ready to drop 75$ on a motherboard. Thought I'd get advice before going that way.

Thanks in advance

Hi welcome to AC!

Does camera come with the motherboard? Sounds like something got damaged in the camera repair

No,
Camera is separate and adheres to the MB and plugs in. Ya, seems I crunched something. Just weird the WiFi radio works and the cell doesn't. Also it seems the finger print sensor is messed up. It plugs in right next to the camera where I heard the crack. Feel this going toward a MB...
Thx

Yeah if the cost is 75 its not too bad and your saving labor cost .

Welcome to Android Central! Is the SIM tray anywhere nearby? Maybe the SIM reader or one of its connections got disrupted.

Take that back. Sensor is working after reboot. Just on the fence. I see others posting what I did in the first comment. I need to know how to troubleshoot the Radio Off issue.

That a repair center or Samsung repair would know how to check
