Replaced screen assembly.... now I have no touch at all

Sent first display assembly back to seller ... thought product was defective.... second delivery I have the same result..... I have 2 of these with the same problem.... there is only 2 connections....the old ones worked except for busted glass any help out THERE

This is the tough (bad) part of replacing screens yourself... you just never know if the screens you're receiving are any good. Are these OEM replacement screens? Did you test either screen to see if they were fully functional before final assembly (of course not knowing at what stage you discovered they didn't work)? If you reinstall the cracked screen, does it still work. If so, then I have to guess the replacements are just bad.
