Find a repair shop willing to work on a phone you've already worked on (a lot won't, because what they'll have to charge you just for analysis will be more than you're willing to pay, so almost all cases like this are lost money to them) and pay them to fix what you broke when you were working on it. It could be as simple as the antenna not making contact or as bad as something blown on the motherboard. There's no way of guessing.
Many thanks for the help so far, I think it is aerial related as the signal has dropped so low there is no signal at all on my network so it throws up not registered on the available networks, will look if the connection on the aerial has degraded with the repair!
