I bought my d3 in august and it has since gotten damage to the touch screen. It's a small spot on the screen that is impossible to clean off. It always looks smudged and I've tried everything on it. I think I damaged it when I was mowing the lawn and lightly touched the screen when I had gasoline on my hands, resulting in a slight etching of the touch screen in that area.
So, I'm thinking about replacing the digitizer but I also have a bunch of chips taken out of the metal band that surrounds the screen. Are there any combo's to replace them both?
I'm more concerned with replacing the metal that surrounds the screen than the smudge
