My beloved LG G4 (0915) suffered the ill-fated boot loop issue and I received a replacement unit (0616) on Tuesday. It was having problems at the TMO store but I was told to take it home and they'd give me another one if this unit didn't work.

And now, (after two days) it's not connecting to TMO network at all, tells me to turn off the airplane mode (which isn't turned on to begin with).

Next unit per TMO will arrive on the 18th.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks ManiacJoe for your reply.

Is LG offering any discounts to existing G4 owners with issues for other LG phones? I was going to purchase the V30+ anyway (before my G4 had the problem), but if they leave us with pretty much no solution/comp, not sure if I will commit to another LG product again....

Thanks!

I don't know of any discounts.
LG should still be willing to "repair or replace" your G4.

My G4 lasted just short of 2.5 years before boot-looping. I replaced it with a V30. Love the V30.

If you keep having the problem, and your TMO store has to keep replacing the phone (it doesn't cost them anything, but it's a lot of unnecessary work for them), the store manager might be willing to work something out for you if you "allow him" to "convince you" to take a V30 instead.
