Replacement phone: Back cover doesn't shut properly.. normal?

I just got in my replacement phone and I noticed the back cover doesn't shut properly... is that normal? I have my old evo in front of me, the one I had since June 4 and the back doesn't shut properly either...

The battery cover? Mine is fine, just snaps right on and everything is flush.

Mine does the same. Just bring it to a Sprint store and see if they can give you a new one. I have the same problem and I recently went to a Sprint store but the dude said he didn't have any but he was supposed to be getting a broken phone soon and to come back this weekend. You might luck out.

Thanks man. It's not a big deal because I currently have the seidio active case on. It is just annoying to know that sprint sent me a phone with a crappy cover. Also they sent me the ugly black battery!

Same thing here on a replacement phone I received in the mail. Luckily, my original was fine. So, I switched them out before sending back my faulty phone.

My replacement phone was brand new in the box, never opened.
