So the bootloop bug just hit my V10 last Wednesday and left me phoneless for a few days.(tip: always have a cheap compatible backup phone for emergencies which I didn't but now do.) I just picked up my replacement V10 and fell in love all over again with the phone. I need to check the serial number on the phone to see if it's a different batch from the one I previously had. Anyway I'm noticing some improvements in a few areas. Battery life seems to be better although that could be due to me not downloading all the apps I previously owned cause I'm planning to upgrade this month anyway after the bootloop issue hit a little too close to home. But I'm wondering if this unit has a motherboard that won't be affected by it in which case I could keep the phone if the V20 or iPhone 7/Plus disappoint. Anyway one area that I'm 100% impressed with is the Bluetooth connection. So far it has been 100% slip free and that is something I have never experienced with my previous unit. Audio would often get choppy and bogged down at times and affect performance such as scrolling, typing, etc. I'm really impressed. I guess the real test will be tomorrow when I'm at the gym but this is really amazing. Audio is just crisp and clear and smooth. Makes me wonder if I just had a defective unit before. This replacement unit has me considering sticking it out with the V10 until next year as I had originally planned. I'll make a decision after LG and Apple have a chance to make their respective cases though.
