Replacement Wall Charger with Fast Charge

I want to buy a replacement for the wall charger. The OEM one is $30 at Amazon so looking for a proven cheaper option that will use the phone's fast charge capability. I think the plus (+) sign shows when fast charging, correct? Any suggestions?

I'm in the UK, but there is a brand called juicebitz they make a good one. It's a dual USB charger and it charges way faster than the stock charger.
