It's on its way, I talked them into free overnight shipping, and since it's a refurb they are including a free battery and a free door also being shipped overnight. It will be here about 3:00 tomorrow. Gotta back up my music from the X2. The only thing I am not sure of is if I will be able to pair the Inc2 to my Xoom and use that for internet. I think that only works from one moto device to another.

You can pair your Xoom to any phone that supports the mobile hot spot (incredible 2 does of course) so you'll be fine.

Unless of course you rooted and are using a hacked tether app, then you'll have to go through that again.
