Has anyone taken theirs apart before?

My turbo had water damage and wouldnt work and my wifes turbo has a busted LCD screen. She was able to get a new phone and keep her turbo so I took both of ours apart to switch her motherboard into mine. I am having the hardest time trying to reconnect the LCD screen to the motherboard. Anyone have any tips?

I can get it to power up, but I cannot get the screen to work.

Thanks!

Not sure, I wasnt sure that I even got the screen connection right. Does it slide into something, or just rest on something?

thank you!!

now I have it where when I plug it in only the green LED light is on. Its been charging for over 5 hours.

I cant take this SGS3 much longer...
