AC Question

Hello all, I have a Galaxy S7 and I use Messages as my default text app. I am trying to reply to a group conversation with a bitmoji (finally learned how to use the bitmoji keyboard), but everytime I select the bitmoji I want to attach, it opens a new message and attaches it there. How do I just have it attach to the existing group message I am intending to reply to?

Thanks in advance!

It's a bad idea completely. If the recipient of the message doesn't have Bitmoji, all s/he sees is characters (like : ) is a smile). With texts and emails (which also doesn't specify anything but text), unless you're attaching a file, stick to straight text to make sure that the recipient sees what you see.

I figured it out:
1. click to the attachment (paper clip icon) next to the text dialog box
2. click on image icon
3. click on other tab
4. complete action using - select bitmoji icon

One annoying thing is this action sets bitmoji as a default for the other attachments. The way to clear it is to Settings - Apps - Bitmoji app - set as default - clear defaults button

What Keyboard are you using that you get a paper clip. I am on the samsung keyboard and the attachment link is a + when I click that I do not get an image icon. I get Gallery, Places, Yahoo Search, Glympse, Collage, Postcards and then More and under more I get contacts, flipbook and audio..

I got it. I had to download the Google Keyboard in order to get it to work!!!

Where you able to send a Bitmoji to a group? I installed the Google Keyboard, inserted a Bitmoji and get an error meessage “Sorry you can’t add this message”. I’m using Message Plus for texts...what are you using...that may be where I need to adjust. Thanks!

I use the Verizon message app. I use Gboard and I have the bitmoji app on the keyboard, but every time I try to add a bitmoji to the group text message, it creates a new message and asks me to add the recipients. This happens even when I switch to the Bitmoji keyboard. Help please

I have this same issue. Has anyone come up with a fix. Even when I don't use the bitmoji, I'll use as gif from google and it will always put me in as new text.
