Reset 1 day old Nexus 4?

Old dog, new tricks. Newbie here. I have lost my Google Play widget. Should I just reset the phone? Everything I need is already on Google. If yes, how do I go about a hard reset? Thanks all!:-[

Just re-add the widget.

1) Press menu.
2) Open "Widgets" tab.
3) Scoll to "Google Play Music" or whichever widget you use.
4) Tap and hold to place widget on desired screen.
