Reset Bluetooth?

Ok this is weird. My phone suddenly decided to route Bluetooth audio through the internal phone speakers. When I activate Bluetooth streaming music on my car stereo, music comes out of the BoomSound phone speakers. If I turn off Bluetooth, the phone music stops.

When I go into the Bluetooth device manager and check my car settings, the media audio box is checked. And if I uncheck it, music (still playing on my phone speakers) stops.

Clearly the phone thinks it's playing over Bluetooth but for some reason is actually routing over the internal speakers. I can't figure out where to reset this?

Maybe try to unpair the device and pair it again?

So this is weird. I fixed it by diving into the radio settings of the car (Chevy Volt) and resetting all settings. 're-paired and it was like new.
