Reseting Phone and Reloading Apps

I have a lot of apps installed but I need to reset my phone. Is there a way for me to keep a digital list of the applications I have installed to make finding and reinstalling them easy or even automatic?

If you bought them in the market Google has a list, just go to the market and goto my apps it will give you a list of the apps that you bought
