resetting device to fix issues?

do i have a dud or is this a software issue that could be solved by a reset

Current Problems:
Battery doesn't make it through day or even close
Wifi and 3G occasionally go out when being used (apps or web browsing)
Phone crashes? after charging it all night it sometimes won't do anything. causing my alarms to not go off and have to pull the battery to get it back going

so are these pretty typical or should i be able to do a software reset and possibly get a fix?

Sounds like a dud to me! mines been pretty good so far.

Every morning are you having to pull the battery? Just that alone would make me return mine.

not every morning, once or twice a month tops. if it was every morning im pretty sure my boss would have killed me for running late so much cause its my alarm haha

Then I'd say your more than likely ok. Have you tried a hard reset of the phone? It just might be a software issue.

Give a hard reset a try then if it still does it return it.
