Works pretty well, but when set in a 2x2 mode on the Galaxy Nexus and you flick to go back to the top of the list it scrolls off to infinity and you just get a black widget. You can't scroll back down to the contacts, you have to long press on the spot where you think the widget is on you home-screen and drag it to the trashcan to remove and then re-add. I can reproduce this at will.
