Resize image in webview

hi to all

i have an android app and it show images using webview, and my question is in three parts:

1- how to fit images to all android devices to be shown in full page without pixelation it.
2- the important point is: how to do zoom in those images without pixelation it.
3- is there any other way to show image from url beter than webview
