Resizing pictures Galaxy S5 active

Can not find how to resize pictures on my Galaxy S5 Active.
I have checked the online manual ..Goggled it .. and all I get is how resize on a Galaxy S5 .
I can not find the icons shown on the S5...

Am I plain stupid?

If you mean when viewing them, pinch out. If you mean to permanently make them a different size (which I wouldn't recommend - resizing raster graphics introduces errors in the picture), there are photo editing apps that will do that or you can use a program like Paint.net. Copy the picture to a PC, use Paint.net to resize it, save it and copy it back to the phone. (I prefer doing it that way if I have to - it's easier on a computer than on a phone, and you have more functions on a program like Paint.net.)
