Resolution not supported

[Android Central Question]

I installed some Lorex security cameras and Im supposedly able to monitor them on my phone with the Flir Cloud app. My phone is an LG Stylus 2, Sprint Prepaid.

Whenever I try to run the app, the cameras are blank and underneath it says, "Resolution not supported."

Lorex says it's not them, it's my phone.

Is it Lorex? Is it LG, Is it me?

Is there something I can do to fix it?

What's the resolution of the cameras? (The phone is 720 x 1280 - I suspect it's not high enough resolution. Most of the cameras they show need 1080 or higher - and 720 is lower. The app itself probably also needs at least 1080 in both directions.)

The cameras are Super HD, 2560 X 1440. That's for the help, but no longer needed. Flir updated the app two weeks ago to version 2.1.6 and it works fine now.
