Hi to all. I want to know if is possible to reinstall the native operating system in my SG2 without rooting the phone. Like Apple or Blackberry, I have booth and they have the option. If the SG2 software have issues like don't upgrade or native apps like Samsung Apps I want to know if resetting the device to factory setting can solve this issue. Thanks a lot .
