Restore paid apps

I just flashed my stock Optimus V to RodimusROM v1.2.3. Before flashing, I backed up all my apps with Titanium backup. The flash went fine, every seemed okay. I restored my apps with Titanium backup.

About half of my paid apps aren't working. For example, on the game "Air Control" when I launch it, I get an error that the license couldn't be validated and to check my email. If I go into the market, it lists Air Control there. If I uninstall Air Control from the phone, then the Market still lists it in the "My Apps" section, but instead of just having an install button, it has the button with the price to "rebuy" it.

Another app is SSHDroidPro. It works fine and is listed in the My Apps section of the Market, and the Market even tells me it has an update. When I try to update it though, it goes to the screen with my credit card info, trying to get me to rebuy it.

I put in the same gmail account I bought the apps with, and they are still listed in my google checkout on google's website. I have also added in 3 other google apps for domains accounts (that I had in before flashing), but it still doesn't seem to properly recognize my paid apps. I am pretty confident that the market is using the correct gmail account, because it is the only one with my credit card info in it and when I go to try to re-install/update a paid app I already have, it properly fills in my cc info.

I tried reflashing again to be sure and just setting up the one gmail account initially, but I still get the same issues.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions? It isn't a lot of paid apps, maybe $5 worth at the most, but it is still frustrating. All of my Amazon paid apps work fine. Is it worth contacting Google Market support? Will they help me since I am on a custom ROM?

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Not sure about these apps but some apps put a file on your phone IE Titanium Backup that has to be there for it to update and validate you have a legit copy. If any of these apps were bought from their respective devs page this could be the case.

Or if you were emailed a apk/file to put on the sd card. I would also email the devs and let them know whats going on.

Thanks for the reply. Both apps I mentioned were bought through the Android Marketplace and downloaded from there.

You SHOULD be able to go to "my apps" in the market place, and they will be all the way at the bottom, it should say "purchased" next to it.

If I go to my apps in the market place, sshdroidpro has "Update" next to it, if I try to update, it seems like it is going to work, but then takes me to the checkout screen to charge me again before the download.

For Air Control and Crush the Castle (two games) I tried uninstalling them completely. They don't show up under my apps at all. If I go to market.android.com, and go to My Market Account, they are listed there as completed. The payment are still under my google checkout as well (all under the same gmail account).

I have started to look on the google help forums and apparently the problem isn't unique:

Anyway, I guess I will likely just give it a day or two and see if somehow I get lucky and market magically resyncs with my account. If not, I will just rebuy the ones I really want on the Amazon app store (all the paid apps worked fine there) and figure it is just a cost of trying things out like custom ROMs.
