restore thru tap and go after initially skipping

So I just got my phone and I initially skipped the tap and go process of restoring apps from my S4. But I'm ready to do it now and can't find a way to start they process. Is it only available when you first start the set up process? If you initially by pass it is there a way to do it later?

Simply reset back to factory and start over, or use an app, "Bump" or "Smart Switch".

I restored the new phone (nexus 5) and again it did not work. Any idea how I can transfer everything from my nexus 4 to the 5 without using the tap & go or the Wondershare?
