Restoring Factory Settings LG Viper

Hello,
I recently moved to a Viper and rooted my phone..
I then deleted all the Sprint Apps including Sprint Zone and I think that was a huge mistake.
Now the dialer force closes when I dial ##9282#.
Then I went and reset my phone from settings, storage, and now 3g won't work.
I have tried to download the LG Mobile Support Tool from LG but it sucks. I went and clicked on Recovery on the phone and it downloaded the file and when it tried to install, it force closed. I tried it on 3 computers and got the same result for all of them.
I want to restore stock factory settings, but the LG Mobile Support Tool is not working for me. Is there another way?
Can someone please help me?

I did some looking around and it looks like you have to use the support tool or nothing. There is no flashable stock image that I could find

Crap.. I'm gonna try the support tool again with a different computer.. I just hope it works. I guess I can wait for 2 or 3 weeks if recovery for the phone will be completed by then. Maybe someone will find a stock rom img file and post it once we get a recovery working for the phone

What is the ##9282# supposed to do?

It activated EPST Settings, that means I can change some settings like 4G LTE Settings and SVDO, which I think sucks, because when I have it enabled, the voice of the other person calling gets muffled and can have bad quality

Has anyone yet fiqure how too install stock firmware too out of the box status. I have seen a post that lg mobile tool doesn't work. But has anyone tired the lgnpst tool. the only reason why i asked I have two files for the lg viper 4g lte. one file is the stock bin and the other is a dll file.

I did find the lg stock cab file today. my phone wasn't bricked but i was able too flash the cab file. using kp500. don't know if this help anyone
