Have my Galaxy S4 set up with Restrict Background Data checked (Settings>Connections>Data Usage> Settings checking the RBD box)
When not connected to WiFi and Restrict Background Data checked my other apps that use data work fine when I run the app in the foreground (K-9 Mail, Yelp, Evernote, etc.).
However, when not connected to WiFi and I run the Google Maps app, it will error out with no data connection and not update the map.
Should Google Maps work like other apps and work properly when I run it in the foreground with no WIFI and Restrict Background Data enable?
Or, am I missing some type of configuration to make it work.
