Resync contacts form Bionic to gmail

For some reason I have 201 contacts and my gmail acct only has 69 I dont use group they are or were under y contacts. since moving to the bionic sync is screwed up. I have resync'd several times form phone but the missing contacts dont seem to go over. How can I force a resync from phone to gmail or can I copy out of phone and import to Gmail again???
