Retiring DInc for a new S3

I have searched the forum but haven't found the answer I'm looking for. But I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this. I'm getting the Galaxy S3 whenever it comes out (preordered) and I have a single line of service with Verizon. Can I still use my DInc with WiFi? I would like to keep it so my kids can play games on it.

Also, I assume the games I have on the DInc (thru Play store) will download onto my new phone, but will I still be able to have them on the DInc to play and update?

This is my first transition from a smart phone to a new smart phone. Thanks for any help.

Just thought of another question: I will need to turn off all my syncing programs (calendar, email, etc.) on the DInc right so it doesn't mess with the S3?

Yes, you can still use the incredible on wifi and use Google Play on both devices. Anything you buy on one device can be used on the other.

Also, the only thing you might need to turn off is Verizon backup. Everything else will sync ok.
