return evo (existing customer)

i am not trying to get sympathy if u read my post at all you would see my question was about my upgrade status if i do return the evo

and what do u mean all know issues?
there r more then just sdcard issues around and thats the only one that i have
the screen popping up issue is really minor i didnt even notice that until everyone started saying they had that
 
i was going to call but just wanted to see if anyone had any experience returning in 30days from an upgrade and see how it went

Hey extrafuzzyllama just wondering after you applied the OTA update did you try to format your SD card again? If you haven't I would sync your phone to your Computer and allow it to format the card and then after you do that go into the phone and tell it to format it that way its properly formatted and there is nothing on it and see if you still have the issue. If you still want to return your phone that's your decision but this might help you out as I know it has worked in the past for others good luck either way.
 
LOL you guys are funny.

You will get your eligibility back as long as you are within your 30 days. I've done this a few times myself with other phone upgrades. Now if you know Sprint sometimes they tend to forget so make sure you call account services to make sure your eligibility has been reapplied. It won't show up right away though and could probably take up to a month (it's happened to me once). Make sure you get it noted also.
 
this phone clearly isnt for everyone, there are some that expected too much of it and feel they need to return and there are some that just dont get along with it. good luck with your next phone. me, I absolutely love mine!
