I'm having problems with both the screen feeling loose and a flicker at times. I can return to staples for credit (long story) And wait for a newer build or send it back t Asus for a repair. Not really sure what to do at all. Thanks.

Return it to Staples. They may have a replacement in stock now, but if they don't they'll almost certainly have a new one in stock before ASUS can swap it out for you.

Return it. Both are known issues.
They're fixing the loose screen on the left side issue now so newer ones shouldn't have this.
The flicker problem is a hardware issue...search for "screen flicker" to see the long thread on it. There's no fix yet AFAIK...

Don't send to Asus... They will not be as helpful as Staples could.

I tried Asus and they wanted me to Pay for the shipping back to them to get it fixed. When I spoke on the phone with them the dude kind of seemed like he didn't know what a Nexus 7 was!

At what point can we be sure that the product out isn't flawed? Thanks for the replies, way more help than Asus or staples gave me
