Is the return period still to January? I will need the signal to be better or will have to exchange it for something more reliable and want to know if its 14 days or if the january thing is good for this also.

Yes january 15 if you bought it from verizon store/online. Best buy, radio shack, amazon does not count.

Jan 14th is the official last day for online purchases, but some corporate stores say the 15th. Agent stores do not have to follow this rule.

I bought it at a corprate store so the 14th to be safe. Hope a update comes out before then and makes it better so I can keep it I really do like the phone and would love to keep it but with the signal going in and out that ruins the most important part of the PHONE.
