I hoping for help in returning my Thunderbolt back to Stock Froyo 2.2.1

I recently loaded the the latest gingerbread leak and now am having the known Gtalk and camera issues.
I've read the pages concerning NON Root users returning to stock but am not feeling confident about what I have to do in this process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

thanks!

Try a search for Nat3Mil videos in google. He cas alot of helpful videos with step by step processes.

Thanks, I am checking out the site now. I should probably clarify that I am not rooted. If I need to root to be able to get back to stock status I am fine with that, but will ultimately want to be stock and ready for updates.

I believe the Gingerbread OTA will be out shortly, so if you just want the Camera and GTalk to work, there is a simple temporary fix.

1. Go to Settings and then Date and Time
2. Uncheck 'Automatic'
3. Change the date manually to 8-1-11
4. Wait 10 seconds, then open the Camera or GTalk
5. Go back to Date and Time and put a check back next to 'Automatic'

Keep in mind, only a temp fix and will need to be done again if the phone is restarted.

Thanks! this did fix the problem (for now).. :D

I'm curious about how easy it will be to switch to the official OTA once it is released. Any thoughts?

Once the official OTA is released, they will have the build posted on the forums for us to grab, and we can flash our phones just as we did with the leaked RUU's. There are incredible devs in the Android community.
