returned PIN-locked GN to VZW corp store, how will they unlock it

I exchanged my GN for another GN at the local VZW corp store. (due to a loose
screen glass)

It just occurred to me that the GN had a PIN lock on it and I didn't remove the PIN.

How will VZW remove the PIN before they fix and resell it as certified phone?

trust me, they have unlocking software...they aren't stupid.. when i was younger like 8-10.. i went through like 5 moto flip phones and locked myself out of nearly all of them and when i went there, they could unlock it.

I'd assume that they can do a full wipe on the phone regardless of a PIN on it and reset it to resell it.

All you have to do is boot into recovery and do a factory reset. Good as new.
