returning a phone with slight damage

Hi everyone I have a Verizon S7 and I have been wanting to return it and go with my old phone. However, over the weekend it slipped out of my pocket and it the ground and now has scuffs on the top and bottom of the metal band. They aren't huge and only noticeable when you look really close on the top or bottom. My question is what are my options in returning or am I stuck with the phone? Thank a lot for your help

You most likely will have to pay a fee or something for the damage to the phone.

You can return it to Verizon, but they might charge you a damaged item fee.

Or try to take it to a Samsung center for repair
