I got the SGS2E4GT on day 1 (9/16) and i found that sprint has crappy service in my area and i wanted to return it. Problem is I just dropped it the other day, and now it has some dings on the corners. Do you think that i can just pay the $100 deductible and they will take it back?

thanks.

Took that long to figure out it don't work for you so now you want to return and oh, you just so happen to drop it and ding it up? Good luck with that one.

Ok so sarcasm aside, the return policy according to the store who i called today is 30 days. I called several times to update the PRL and other settings which i had to do in a few different locations where i dont have good service. This took some time to do since i dont have all the time in the world to just drive around. They also said that a tech would come out and "fix" some dead spot issues but after he came and went nothing changed.

so anyone who actually can help or has something useful to add to this topic please set up!

The store is wrong you have 14 days to return the phone and cancel the service. That policy went into affect a few days before this phone launched. Can't remember the exact date,

Sprint stores never seem to know their own policies. If you're somehow blessed try and return it, but I think you're house. Like someone else mentioned try to get an airave.

Kust bring your receipt and read it to them right off of their policy. It is on the purchase receipt.

The receipts are old. Its on the print out that the stores give you, and you also sign during the activation. Just like the new $350 ETF fee.

i heard its still 30 days in california, maybe the op is in california.

What does Sprint do with returned phones anyway? Surely they can't sell them as new?

Thanks for the info! Yea when I called the store they said that I'm covered under the 30 day return policy. Maybe a different story when they see the scratches. I have "fair" coverage at my house and none at my parents house and mother in laws house. At work I have 1-3 bars too. Anyways, ill Havering update you all on how it goes!
