Returning phone, how to backup/restore?

So Best Buy wont price match Radio Shack because they only have white. I am going to return my blue S3 and grab the white one. How can I backup all of my data and restore it to the new phone? There has to be a simple solution, I really dont want to lose my contacts or pics/vids.

Your contacts are synced with Google? If so, they will sync once you enter your info in the new device. Move your data to your sd card, if using one. If not, use the data cable and plug into your pc and pull it off into a folder. Then you can add back when ready.

I'm surprised they are willing to take the hit on the return over a price match dispute.

Maybe try another store?

Or maybe they don't take the hit and Samsung does?

Seems like a big waste of resources.

Maybe talk to the manager?
