I have long wanted an EVO, but got this instead. Verizon is hella expensive and I barely get 10 hours of battery so I'm going with EVO! Need some opinions though.

It all depends on what your priorities are. If cost is your #1 priority, its a no brainer. But if you want that LTE goodness, you're going to pay for it. Otherwise the TB isn't much of an improvement over the EVO. I would hold out for the EVO 3D.

I always was happy with the evo but like wnt said if u want to root, is a whole new world out there cuz after I did it OMG I feel like I have a new phone...specially cyanogenmod is the s h I t n others ull b happy but of course I'm getting the evo 3d also so if u have patience I would wait for that powerful beast

Well part of it depends on whether or you live in a 4G area and plan on using 4G indoors. Verizon's LTE is running at 700 mhz and will penetrate a concrete bunker. Sprint's Wimax is running at 2500 mhz and you'll lose the signal once you go indoors.

hi.. i love my evo..

but honestly... you should try to do some tweeking for better battery life. evo has bad battery too.. but with roms and some tweeks.. it is OK.
tb has bigger battery and more efficient cpu... it should have better battery than evo.

you have experience the tb power...and lte...
that might have made it hard for you to go to the evo.
it will not be as snappy as the tb.

sprint is cheaper.
