Returning to stock (rooted)

I'm hoping some one can help me out. . .
A friend of mine loaded the CM9 mod on my phone, and while I have enjoyed it because I got ICS a long time ago, now that we are ASOP, I want to go back to stock-rooted.
How??? That's my basic question.
Another question is that the only computer I have is a Mac and I don't know if that makes a diff.
(I no longer work with my friend so it's difficult to ask him)

Not sure if it'll work on a Mac, oneclickstock is what you want. Perhaps a Google search to see compatibility.
