We got both of our S22 Ultras Friday both in same box but each has a separate UPS return label. Would it be better to return them in separate boxes rather then just one single box with their assigned return labels so we can track each.
Thanks

I would return in separate boxes each with a assigned return label. You never know when each box would arrive, one could arrive one day and the other the next. As you said each box can be tracked individually.

Agree 100%. Less chance of things getting screwed up using two boxes and two shipping labels.

If you got separate return labels, do the returns in separate box with the respective return authorization in their boxes.

You'll be in for a bad surprise if you return both trade-ins in the same box especially when they generated separate trade in labels.

Got an email this afternoon that Samsung received my trade-in device. Received an email this evening that the $700 trade-in value was confirmed for the S21 Ultra I sent in, and that it passed inspection. Can breathe a sigh of relief until next year's trade-in device is sent in.

Got an email yesterday afternoon that Samsung received my trade-in device. Received an email this morning that the $800 trade-in (T-Mo 512gb) value was confirmed for my Note 20 Ultra Ultra 5g. Fifth trade over last 4 years, all good, no problems thus far

Received yesterday. Accepted today.

It's already on a truck heading for Tennessee, arriving Thursday, the 3rd.

So if trade in doesn't pass, do they send it back?

Folks should really read the trade-in terms and conditions. There's a lot of money at stake.

You would get the option for them to return it to you if it doesn't meet the requirements.

I received an email confirmation today from Samsung that they received my Note 10+ phone as a $425 value trade-in and it will take up to 7 days to make sure all conditions are met. Whaaaaatever, haha!
