Returns at Best Buy

Has anyone ever had an issue with returning a phone to Best Buy (bought at full retail) up to 30 days after purchase? We have premier silver so in my case it would be 45 days according to the return policy. I just wanted to make sure no one has had any issues in case they're funny about returning phones. Their return policy also only states that there's a restocking fee for special orders. Thanks for any info anyone has.

Haven't had any issues with returning full priced phone via the Reward Zone Silver program (45 day return policy). Most reps are not aware that cell phones are included in the 45 days return policy.. I've returned 4 phones so far. Haven't found the right phone just yet. Hopefully the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be the last stop!

I work at a Best Buy Mobile and the only issue our customers have had is if they are out of their return time frame. I have been yelled at by customers for that.
