Welcome to Android Central
It's fairly easy. Just boot back into download mode and flash the stick firmware

You mean at the Samsung Galaxy S4 logo screen?

It sounds like you're in a soft brick.

Yeah, try popping out the battery and putting it back in. If not you'll have to boot into your custom recovery and do a full wipe then try again
