Reverting to Stock Gingerbread

Sorry if this is discussed somewhere but I could not find an answer to this question. I know that ICS can be installed on the Rezound (I am itching to try it) without rooting the phone and unlocking the boot loader. But I was wondering if there was a way to get back to Gingerbread without rooting or unlocking. It seems to be a good idea to avoid losing the warranty coverage if possible in case you need to return the phone under warranty. So returning to stock GB would seem a good idea. Can this be done?

If you go to the ICS leak that doesn't require unlocking, then there's no way back to Gingerbread without unlocking. The problem is that the RUU doesn't allow you to go backward, only forward.
