i found this on Amazon and despite not being able to find any information on it anywhere, decided to drop the $35 to see what it was all about.

initial impressions:
-nice material, well made
-keyboard works flawlessly with VEGAn (i didn't even get a prompt, just plug and play)
-keyboard functions will run android commands (i.e. windows button = android menu button)
-stand holds it at a great angle for viewing (this is a must, especially with our screens)
-does not cover any accessory ports (micro/mini USB, headphones, charger) or buttons (power, volume, etc.)
-DOES cover part of left side speaker and all of right side speaker (although you can still hear them)
-no plastic bracket to hold top of tablet (uses the magnetic closing strap to keep it in while upside down which concerns me slightly, although the magnet is fairly strong)
-included stylus does not work (duh)

all in all, i would certainly recommend this case. the only comparable ones out for the g-tab right now are $10-15 more than i paid through amazon, do not include a keyboard, and ship from China.

Check it out here: Amazon.com: Viewsonic G-Tablet Case and USB Keyboard with Kick Stand: Electronics

They seem to have some 3rd party sellers that have this in stock again. I've forwarded it to my wife as an anniversary gift idea.

Got this case on Saturday as an anniversary gift.

Cons: The tablet is slightly smaller than this was designed for. It shifts around quite a bit, and there is no top bracket to keep it from sliding out the top, just the magnetic strap. Also, the left bracket DOES block the USB port if the tablet is put in the right way. It will work upside-down, but instead, I used my handy dremel tool to cut away part of the bracket so the port is not blocked. The SD card slot is still blocked, but there's less of a need to have access to that.
The case is hot-glued together for the most part, and is peeling a bit on one corner. A little gorilla glue will fix that right up, though.

Pros: This almost makes this tablet into a touch-screen, Android-based netbook. Even with it being not QUITE the right size, I think I can mod it a bit, and have it work very well for being on the road. Having a physical keyboard takes this device to a whole new level.

And it still fits into my ScotteVest tablet pocket.

I removed the bracket covering the usb port and added velcro strips to the back of the table to keep it firmly in place.

I really haven't had problems with it slipping around too much. The bracket was a bit of a pain, but I've gotten pretty handy with a dremel.
